About Us
A little shop with a lot of heart in Twain Harte, CA
Our Story
All That MATTERS has been a beloved fixture in downtown Twain Harte since 2005. What started as a small custom framing shop has grown into a full gallery and gift destination, celebrating the work of local and regional artists.
Owner Babs Desrosiers has built a warm, welcoming space where art lovers, gift-seekers, and curious visitors all feel at home. Whether you're looking for the perfect frame for a treasured photo or a one-of-a-kind handmade gift, you'll find it here.
We believe that the things we surround ourselves with, matter in our lives.
Meet Babs
Babs Desrosiers — Owner & Framer
For more than two decades, Babs has worked one-on-one with customers to create custom framing that protects and beautifully presents the things that matter most. A longtime Twain Harte resident, she opened All That MATTERS to bring that same personal care to a gallery celebrating local artists. Babs personally selects every piece, believing everyone deserves beautiful things in their lives.
